About us

RegisterMyCompany.ie is run from Dublin by Nicholas Rooney. After years working with small businesses across Ireland, one thing kept coming up: new founders don't know who to trust with their company set-up, and they end up either paying too much or doing it themselves and getting it wrong.

So we built a simple, free matching service. You tell us what you're setting up and where; we introduce you to one vetted formation agent or accountant who covers your county. They give you a fixed price, and they do it properly.

We're not a law firm, accountancy practice or formation agent ourselves — we're the introduction. That keeps us independent: we only keep partners who treat our users well.
